Interview !

Alhamdulillah, i got an interview at OCBC Bank. 

U need to undergo lots of process before u can go and pass the interview. 

Firstly, u need to sit for 3 three test :

1. Basic Arithmetic Test

Consist of 10 questions and the passing mark will be 8 if less than that u r totally rejected by the hr. 

2. Written Test. 

In written test, the questions there will b a situation about customer's complaints, problems, etc and u need to reply them.  In the reply letter, u need to provide a solution and assist them. U need to make sure that ur letter is straight forward, short and brief.  Make sure there are NO grammatical errors since they check ur paper. :) 

3. Typing test.

As mention above, its typing test n obviously u need to type. EASY. 

Tips for Interview: 

Well for interview session, its normal if u feel nervous but don't get to nervous or panic. it may effect ur Interview flow. As for my experience u need to have these TWO.
